Synopsis GARO: Sentinel of the East
After the battle in Creacity, Ryūga Dōgai journeys toward Line City to reunite with Rian and purify his tainted armor. However, upon crossing a mountain pass that should have led him home, Ryūga instead finds a vast desert spreading across the land. In the frontier town of Sagan, which narrowly escaped total desertification, an unprecedented outbreak of Horror activity throws the settlement into chaos.

As the situation worsens, Makai Priestesses of the Dragon Tribe—Elmina and Rian—arrive to protect the town. While Rian was originally en route to Creacity with Ryūga, she was diverted by Ryūme on a separate mission. Amid relentless battles against mutated Horrors, mysterious armored enemies, and the appearance of the enigmatic Makai Priest Lector, Ryūga and Rian are reunited as if guided by fate.
