HENSHIN THE FIRST is an original short film blending the world of KATE cosmetics with the legendary Kamen Rider franchise. The film follows Nayuta, a young woman who must embrace her deep-seated desires for beauty and power to transform into Kamen Rider Eins—a warrior embodying the spirit of being “Strong and Beautiful.”

Plot
The story of HENSHIN THE FIRST centers on Nayuta Mikazuki and her journey of self-discovery through the concept of “Henshin” (Transformation).
- Suppressed Desires: Since childhood, Nayuta harbored a burning desire to be stronger and more beautiful than anyone else. However, she viewed this ambition as a “sinful” or “ugly” greed. To escape these feelings, she threw away her makeup and buried her true self deep within.

- The Awakening: In the year 2026, while living in Tokyo, Nayuta is abducted by a mysterious organization aiming to turn her into the ultimate cyborg warrior. During the reconstruction process, her long-suppressed desires erupt with such intensity that they overload the system, allowing her to escape on a high-powered motorcycle.
- Confronting the “Lip Monster”: While on the run, she is pursued by a manifestation known as the “Lip Monster”- the physical embodiment of the desires she once tried to discard. Through this confrontation, Nayuta realizes that craving beauty and strength is not a weakness, but her greatest source of power.

- The Birth of Kamen Rider Eins: By finally accepting her true nature and applying the KATE Lip Monster lipstick, Nayuta completes her transformation. She becomes Kamen Rider Eins (meaning “One” in German) to fight back against the organization, protecting her right to be both powerful and radiant.
